Our Policy for Shipping, Delivery, & Returns - Caddieshack Bowls

Shipping, Delivery & Returns:

All our orders are delivered Australia wide by Australia Post 

Transaction Currency:

All transactions will be processed in $AUD and include GST. Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are implemented by suppliers.

Customer Service:

Caddieshack Bowls is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality goods. Orders we will endeavour to dispatch within 2 to 3 working days, shipping times are estimated between 3 to 10 business working days.

If we are unable to deliver the goods in the given time period, we will contact you by phone or email within 5 business working days. 

Returns & Refunds:

Our goal is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied. If you are not happy with a product that you purchased from this site, for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of your purchase providing the product and its packaging is returned to us in its original new condition and is accompanied by your receipt.

Once we receive your returned items we will credit your card within 7 business days less the cost of postage paid by Caddieshack Bowls. 


We are very flexible with order cancellations and allow you to cancel the order up to the point when you receive and sign for the goods. However, if we incur costs as a result of the cancellation, we will pass these on to you, so please choose the products carefully and consider how you pay for your purchase. Also please note that all cancellations must be done or confirmed by email.
